For holiday lettings, accommodation costs usually vary by season of the year, as follows: High season = Easter and Christmas school holidays (as observed in Queensland) Shoulder season = other school holidays Low season = all other times of the year

Minimum stay:  Please note that properties are generally not available for a single night's stay.  If you are looking for permanent or long-term rental accommodation, please view these properties by clicking here.

Deposit required:  All holiday bookings will be regarded as tentative until a 30% deposit has been received or your credit card details have been provided.  Please click here for our bank and other contact details.

Linen/towels: For most of these properties you will need to provide your own linen and towels for each person in your party.  For clarification, please refer to the property's details below.  If you can not provide your own linen, we may be able to rent these to you for a nominal charge ... please ask us for details.
