For holiday lettings, accommodation costs usually vary by season of the year, as follows: High season = Easter and Christmas school holidays (as observed in Queensland) Shoulder season = other school holidays Low season = all other times of the year

Terms and conditions:  By booking your holiday accommodation with us you are agreeing to adhering to our standard Terms and Conditions relating to such rentals, a copy of which may be viewed here.

Minimum stay:  Please note that properties are generally not available for a single night's stay.  If you are looking for permanent or long-term rental accommodation, please view these properties by clicking here.

Deposit required:  All holiday bookings will be regarded as tentative until a 30% deposit has been received or your credit card details have been provided.  Please click here for our bank and other contact details.
